Mráz Group emerged by merging Mártin Mráz architectural activities with Costa Rica Homes and Properties Real Estate in order to provide a complete service from land acquisition to urban development. The vision has its roots in providing within its architectural practice a hedonistic sustainability approach followed by the phenomenon of “third space”(a feeling of softness and social equality) felt amplified in the space of the seacoasts.

Inspired by the 2,5% of the world's biodiversity contained in the region of Osa and with a biophilic and biomimetic tendency, Mráz Group settles in Whale Bay of Uvita, Costa Rica. Tucked in between tropical jungle, waterfalls and sea, far away from the hustle and bustle of the world, we try to figure out new and exciting ways to remind people that the built environment can make a fantastic world.
